Thank you for purchasing artwork from my website. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for artwork purchases.

No General Refunds or Exchanges
Please note that I do not offer general refunds on artwork purchases. All sales are considered final once the transaction is complete. I encourage you to carefully review artwork details, dimensions, and materials before making your purchase.

Damaged Artwork Exception
Refunds or exchages are provided exclusively in cases where the artwork arrives damaged during shipping, subject to the following conditions:

Requirements for Damage Claims
If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify me within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and provide clear photographs of:

  • the damaged packaging/shipping container

  • the damaged artwork itself

  • any included packaging materials

Claim Process

  • Contact me immediately at [your email address] with "DAMAGED ARTWORK" in the subject line

  • Include your order number and date of receipt in your message

  • Attach the required photographs

  • Provide a brief description of the damage

Resolution Options
Upon verification of your damage claim, I will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the artwork (if available)

  • Full refund including original shipping costs

  • Partial refund if the damage is minor and the artwork is still displayable

Non-Qualifying Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind about the artwork for any reason

  • Color variations (as colors may appear slightly different on screens)

  • Delayed shipping outside of my control

  • Damage claims submitted after the 48-hour window

  • Damage caused after delivery by improper handling or display
